BROKE'S PROMISE CELLAR DOOR
is open weekends and public holidays from
10 until 5pm for wine, olives, and olive oil tasting.
Our Fine Arts Gallery features glassware by well known Blue Mountains artist Keith Rowe and ceramics by Lyn Hart, also from the Blue Mountains. We have beautiful timber carvings and paintings by local artist Rebecca Rath and of course our resident sandstone sculptor Samuel Re.
WINES
The 2008 edition of James Halliday's Australian Wine Companion, ‘The Bible’ for many wine connoisseurs, rated our wines extremely well. Our 05 Shiraz received a rating of 93 points, (‘Outstanding, wines of the highest quality, usually with a distinguished pedigree'). 06 Semillon he awarded 89 points, 05 Barbera 88 points and the 06 Barbera Rose 87 points.
THE DANCE OF ANNA 03 CHARDONNAY rated 94 points, the 05 VERDELHO 89 points, 05 CHARDONNAY 87 points. (‘Recommended. Wines of above average quality, fault free and with a clear varietal expression’).
Renowned winemaker (and Milbrodale Road neighbour) Andrew Margan makes all of our wines under contract.
OLIVE OIL
Broke's Promise grows Italian varieties of olives, Paragon and Corregiola for oil, and the fleshier Greek Kalamata and Spanish Manzanillo fruit for table olives.

SAMUEL RE SCULPTURES
Sam, our youngest son, has his unique, handcrafted sculpture studio at Broke's Promise Vineyard and is already making waves in the local community.
